Conversion of a 9,000 SF Art Barn into a Primary Residence and Wellness Retreat.

ARCNOMA was engaged as Architect of Record to review the design at each phase and develop the construction documents for converting a museum-grade art barn into a primary residence, along with a pool courtyard and a wellness retreat in the existing cottage.
