ARCNOMA was tasked with the Addition of a New Bathroom, Laundry Room and Storage Space within an Existing Cellar.

The existing contained mechanical equipment and the boiler for the home. Within this finish upgrade, we encased the equipment and provided a new feel for this recreation space.

Our goal was to maximize the space and functionality within the Laundry Room

The new laundry room includes shelving, folding countertop and enough room for a drying rack.

Modern, minimalist bathroom with beige vanity, large mirror, wall-mounted lights, toilet, towel rack, and storage baskets on wall shelf.

The Bathroom introduces a 42” Vanity with Cabinets below, a Custom Shower Enclosure and Bench.
