Conversion of a Single Family Residence into a Multi-Apartment Unit Building.

ARCNOMA was also tasked with the scope to redesign the backyard space and provide a new rooftop deck.

Recognizing the unique opportunity of designing residential units within a Brooklyn Brownstone, we emphasized all spaces within the lot. The Backyard features a custom wood fence, planters and decking. This design replaces an overgrown backyard with a space suitable for entertaining.

This project is currently in development development and expected to begin construction Fall of 2025
